The Perform Programme is for those who want to get fitter, faster and stronger.
Whether you play sport competitively or you want to compete in your first Hyrox style event, the perform plan is designed to help you become a better athlete.
The programme consists of the following sessions each week:
HOW MANY SESSIONS PER WEEK?
5 sessions a week (45-60 mins each)
3 x Whole Body Sessions
2 x Conditioning Based Sessions
Throughout the year you'll be working towards quarterly fitness challenges that will test your strength, fitness and athleticism
The Perform programme is best for individuals currently training in the gym multiple times per week..
If you're new to the gym or haven't trained in a while, we suggest starting with the Train plan.
