WOMAN'S PLAN

The Women's Programme supports our female community by empowering them to become strong, fit and confident and catered to our female everyday athletes needs and wants.
It is for those wanting to take their training to the next level, alongside being supported through education and community.

HOW MANY SESSIONS PER WEEK?

3-4 sessions a week (45-60 mins each)

PROGRAMME DETAILS

The programme consists of the following sessions each week:

3 x Whole Body Sessions 
1 x Conditioning Based Session

 

Throughout the programme we will focus on specific strength and skill based exercises (e.g. Pull Ups) to allow progression and long term success.
