The BUILD Programme follows the same programming principles as 'Train', whilst applying an increased training frequency and demand to help you build muscle and strength.

BUILD is for those wanting to gain strength and build some muscle.

Throughout the year you will be exposed to various training phases to help you continually progress in the gym with your physique and your training knowledge.
