DO YOU OFFER A TRIAL MEMBERSHIP?
We do not offer a trial membership for only the gym. However, everyone gets their first class free to try out the range of classes that we have to offer. To claim go to our app and click Buy -> Classes -> First class free. To use it go to Book -> Classes then select the class you wish to attend. For beginners looking to raise their heart rate and definitely feel it the next day then try Tribe Turbo!
DO YOU OFFER GUEST PASSES?
Yes, each member gets 2 guest passes a month. To use them simply get the guest to download our app "Adapt Hove" and create an account. On arrival just tell the reception your name and the guest's name and you are good to go. If they haven't signed the liability waiver found in Profile -> Edit -> I agree to the terms of the liability waiver, they will have to do this on arrival.
ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED ENTRY?
You have to be 16+ to use our gym.
