Whatever your goal, TRAIN is the perfect intro programme to help you kick start your results.
The Train Programme is designed around key compound movements, epitomising our move well, get strong & see results ethos.
You'll learn more advanced lifts and training techniques as you progress and move through the various training phases.
The programme consists of the following sessions each week:
HOW MANY SESSIONS PER WEEK?
3-4 sessions a week (45-60 mins each)
3 x Strength focused
1 x High Intensity Based Workout
Throughout the year you will be exposed to learning skills such as Deadlifts, Squats and Power Cleans as you level up both your strength and fitness.
The programme will provide you the tools needed to help you get in to great shape and stay there
