Introducing The SUMMER SHR3D, our 8 week fitness challenge at Adapt Fitness.

Here's whats included,


  • 4 x Group Coaching sessions p/week
    Group training combines the expert coaching of our one to one Personal Training
    with a motivating and fun group dynamic.

  • Nutrition Planning & Support
    Your coach will work closely with you to plan your nutrition this ensures you know exactly what you need to do with your food to make progress.

  • Weekly Progress Check In's
    Your very own accountability coach will keep you on track & review
     your progress every single week.




Q, Do I have to be fit to join the 8 week challenge?

A. Absolutely not. Our coaches will ensure you work to a level that is both suitable and challenging for you.

Q, Do I have to be a member of Adapt Fitness to join the challenge?

A, No, although you will receive complimentary gym membership when you join Summer Shr3d.

Q, What times per day are the classes?

A, Our classes run 6 days per week, from 6.30am up until 7.30pm.


Q, How many members will be in the classes?

A, You will train with a maximum of 5 other members.

Q, What if I can't do some of the exercises?

A, All members start the Summer Shr3d with two x 60 minute personal training sessions.

During these two sessions your coach will teach you the fundamental exercises that you will be doing in the Summer Shr3d classes.
