Our Strength based classes are for all fitness levels, focusing on building overall strength and improving functional movement. Each session targets major muscle groups with full-body exercises, enhancing balance, coordination, and stability. You'll move through squats, deadlifts, presses, and pulls, boosting both strength and mobility.
We offer the following STRENGTH based classes
CIRCUITS

Our Circuit classes are high-energy, full-body workouts that keep you moving! Jump between different stations, hitting everything from strength to cardio, all through timed intervals. It’s fast, fun, and a great way to build power, speed, and endurance!

Our Outside Circuit classes are high-energy, full-body workouts that will keep you warm! Jump between different stations, hitting everything from strength to cardio, all through timed intervals. It’s fast, fun, and a great way to build power, speed, and endurance! Remember to dress for the elements
STRENGTH

KETTLEBELLS

In our Kettlebell classes you’ll tackle swings, squats, presses, and snatches to keep your body challenged and engaged throughout.
You will be burning calories and building strength as you learn fun kettlebell exercises.
STRENGTH
OUTSIDE

Strength Outside follows the same popular format as our Strength class but this class will be held in our outdoor gym space, so remember to dress for the elements!

LBT is a fun and effective workout that targets your legs, glutes, and core.
