The EVOLVE fitness membership gives you access to an expertly created training programme designed to help you get results in the gym.
The plan is designed for those looking to build muscle and strength whilst also building a fitter and better performing body.
The programme will provide you with the structure, ongoing progression and support needed to get you in to great shape...and stay there!
How many sessions per week?
4 x Workouts (45-60 mins each)
The Evolve plan is designed so that you train each body part twice weekly
The weekly sessions consist of,
2 x Whole body Strength
1 x Upper Body Build
1 x Lower Body Build
Your strength training will be enhanced with challenging cardio based finishers at the end of each workout designed to help you rapidly improve your aerobic fitness.
The plan will keep you continually progressing in the gym and with your physique.
You'll learn advanced lifts and training techniques as you move through the periodised 10-week training blocks.
We suggest the programme is completed in a gym with access to both free weights and pin/plate loaded machines.
