Q: Do I have to train at Adapt Fitness to join the programme?
A: No. Evolve stronger is a fully online coaching programme, which means you can join the programme from wherever you live or choose to train.
Q: What happens after the 30 days coaching experience?
A: You can choose to go solo or you can decide to keep working towards your fitness goals with our coaching and support.
Q: How do I cancel at the end of the trial?
A: Simply let your coach know that you do not wish to carry on before the end of your trial.
Q: What if I haven't trained before, will this programme be suitable for me?
A: Absolutely, every aspect of your training & nutrition will be designed bespoke for you, your current fitness level & your experience.
