HIIT sessions are fast-paced and aimed at maximising calorie burn and improving overall fitness in a short amount of time. The class typically includes a variety of bodyweight exercises, such as squats, push-ups, and burpees.

HIITBox classes are fast-paced and eaimed at maximising calorie burn and improving overall fitness in a short amount of time. You'll power through quick bursts of cardio, strength exercises and boxing moves.

AF X is a 30-minute, high-energy class that mixes strength, cardio, and in an ever-changing format. Get ready for explosive lifts, intense sprints, and dynamic circuits that keep you on your toes. 

AFLiiT is our low impact interval training class.

Ideal if you're new to exercise or simply want to limit the amount of jumping and impact but you still want a fast paced and effective workout.
